Art Meets Ocean Science

Ages 8 and up. Discover the wonders of marine science expressed through the magnificence of art and hands-on learning. Program changes weekly. Call 401-500-3501 or email info@bimaritime.org for more information. Program lasts approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.

June 27th: “Fun with Fins!” Learn about the different types of fins and tales fish use and create your own fish.

July 4th: “Connecting with Nature!” Learn how to make your own nature journal.

July 11th: “Know your knots!” Learn how to tie different styles of knots and leave with a sailors bracelet.

July 18th: “BIMI Boat Battle!” Learn the importance of boat structures and race your “BIMI” boats.
