BIMI in conjunction with URI presents the 1st Tuesday Talk of 2021.

Block Island has an abundance of residents that have wells as their drinking water source. This workshop is directed at anyone that has a well, is thinking about purchasing a house with a well, or, if you are the curious type, someone simply interested in learning more about well as a water source. Topics covered include:

The importance of regular testing.

How to protect your well water for pollution.

Proper well maintenance.

Assistance in obtaining well testing kits and water samples delivery will be provided for Block Island residents.
